I've been reading a lot of books in this genre lately and unfortunately, I'm a little burnt out. This one didn't resonate with me, although I did enjoy some parts. I think it might be a good book for those that may seek to understand how the brain of someone who has severe anxiety works, but it's certainly not a self-help book or anything like that. I appreciated the author's humor when writing about difficult topics and it is her humor that saved me and kept me reading.
